Boss of the SOC

The Boss of the SOC (BOTS) is a competitive cybersecurity event designed to challenge and train security analysts in real-world scenarios. Participants, typically individuals or teams, act as security operations center (SOC) analysts tasked with identifying, analysing, and mitigating cybersecurity threats. Using tools like SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) platforms and log analysis, competitors investigate incidents such as malware outbreaks, phishing attacks, and data breaches.
